Terms of Service

  1. In applying for credit with INNOX IMPORT LIMITED, I/we (who in these terms will bereferred to as “the Customer”) acknowledge that any credit granted following thisapplication will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in this application or assubsequently varied by INNOX IMPORT LIMITED at its discretion and advised to theCustomer.
  2. 2. Payment being due by the 20th of the following month from the month of invoice unlessalternative terms are agreed upon by INNOX IMPORT LIMITED in writing.
  3.  We may charge interest on overdue account and we may turn overdue account over to our collection agency. All fees / commissions charged by debt collection company are paid by customer/debtor.
  4.  All prices of goods presented in catalogue are GST exclusive.
  5. *INNOX IMPORT LIMITED reserves all rights to make amendments to the Terms & Conditions. These Terms& Conditions are subject to change without notification.
